Assist in the day-to-day administration of both short-term (e.g., Airbnb) and long-term rental properties. Manage booking calendars, prevent double bookings, and coordinate reservation details across platforms.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in property management, real estate administration, or hospitality.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist in the day-to-day administration of both short-term (e.g., Airbnb) and long-term rental properties.
- →Manage booking calendars, prevent double bookings, and coordinate reservation details across platforms.
- →Handle guest and tenant communication, ensuring timely responses and high-quality service.
- →Support listing creation and maintenance on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and long-term rental websites.
- →Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and property inspections to ensure properties are guest-ready and well-maintained.
- →Maintain up-to-date records of rental agreements, invoices, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
- →Support the Property Manager in preparing financial reports, tracking expenses, and monitoring rental income.
- →Ensure all properties are stocked with necessary supplies and that inventory is tracked.
- →Help manage the check-in/check-out process, key exchanges, and guest instructions.
- →Monitor and respond to reviews and feedback to support guest satisfaction and high property ratings.
- →Stay informed on local housing regulations, licensing requirements, and property management best practices.
Requirements
~1 min read- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in property management, real estate administration, or hospitality.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management or booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Lodgify, Hostaway).
- Comfortable handling confidential information and managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience with short-term rental systems and dynamic pricing tools (e.g., PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing).
- Familiarity with CRM and property management software.
- Customer service or hospitality background.
- Basic understanding of rental regulations and legal requirements.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
- Client has a desire for long term commitment.
