Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a talent sourcing or recruitment role.
  • Experience using ATS tools (preferably RecruitCRM)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of typing assessments and candidate evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize RCRM to identify and reach out to qualified candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Proactively source candidates for open roles by developing strong search strategies.
  • Communicate with potential candidates to gauge interest and pre-screen them for further evaluation.
  • Track and manage all candidates in the ATS system, ensuring profiles are up to date.
  • Review candidates' resumes, applications, and other materials to ensure they meet the qualifications for open positions.
  • Collect and manage candidate introduction videos, ensuring all relevant materials are uploaded into the company systems.
  • Coordinate and oversee the administration of typing assessments to candidates as needed.
  • Ensure candidate profiles are accurately completed and updated within the RCRM system throughout the hiring process.

Compensation:

Monthly salary depending on experience.
