Our client is hiring a high-level SEO & Website Manager to take ownership of the company’s organic growth and website performance. This role will manage the technical health, structure, and optimization of the company's website, while working closely with the content team and external vendors to improve organic search performance.
We are not looking for a generalist marketer. We are looking for someone who truly understands SEO and website performance at a deep level. The right candidate will be a technical, analytical, and highly capable operator who can drive meaningful improvements in search rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
We are searching for someone who is exceptional in their craft and takes pride in delivering measurable improvements in organic growth.
The ideal candidate:

- Deeply understands technical SEO
- Is comfortable working directly inside WordPress
- Can identify and implement high-impact website improvements
- Thinks strategically about how SEO and content work together
- Have 3–6+ years of SEO and website management experience
- Have strong hands-on experience with WordPress
- Have a deep understanding of technical SEO
- Are comfortable implementing changes directly on a website
- Can diagnose SEO problems and propose clear solutions
- Are highly analytical and detail oriented
