This role requires someone who is proactive, people-centric, data-driven, and comfortable owning end-to-end HR processes for their business unit.
Responsibilities

Own end-to-end hiring for CX roles through staffing partners and external vendors.

Manage vendor relationships, performance, and hiring SLAs to ensure quality and timely closures.

Track hiring pipelines, conversion metrics, and workforce fulfillment against business targets.

Partner with CX stakeholders on manpower planning, hiring forecasts, and onboarding readiness.
Business Partnering

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned teams/business units.
- →
Understand team goals, challenges, and workforce dynamics to support people decisions.
- →
Provide guidance on performance, employee relations, and team development.
Talent Management
- →
Support end-to-end workforce planning, hiring coordination, and onboarding.
- →
Partner with managers on role scoping, competency alignment, and team structuring.
- →
Track talent movement, internal mobility, and succession pipelines.
Performance & Development
- →
Facilitate performance review cycles, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
- →
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training interventions with L&D.
- →
Support managers in building high-performing teams.
Employee Engagement
- →
Drive initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, and retention.

Conduct regular check-ins, skip levels, and pulse surveys.

Design and execute employee engagement programs/events.
HR Operations & Compliance
- →
Manage HR analytics: attrition, attendance, headcount, performance stats, etc.

Support policy implementation, documentation, and compliance processes.
- →
Handle employee grievance management with sensitivity and fairness.
Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows.
- →
Lead small HR projects related to automation, employee experience, or policy upgrades.
- 2–4 years of experience in TA & HRBP, HR Generalist or People Operations roles.
- Experience in fast-paced startup or tech/fintech environment & managing CX/Sales workforce
- Strong understanding of HR fundamentals—performance, policies, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Ability to build relationships and influence without authority.
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and HR tools (Excel, HRMS, ATS).
