Product Owner / Information Analyst (ID: 3639)

As a Product Owner / Information Analyst, you will: Act as the key functional bridge between business stakeholders and development teams Analyze business problems and translate them into clear functional requirements Gather, document, and prioritize requirements into a structured product backlog Write detailed user stories and break down epics into actionable tasks Develop solution designs aligned with business and system needs Lead backlog refinement sessions and ensure clarity for development teams Create and maintain functional documentation and process models Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and refine software functionality needs Contribute to continuous improvement within the Product Owner / Analyst practice Support enhancements and maintenance within Payments & Savings or similar financial domains What You Bring to the Table: 6–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Information Analyst in Agile environments Strong experience in requirement gathering, backlog management, and user story creation Exposure to banking or financial services domains (preferred) Solid understanding of business process modeling and visualization techniques Ability to work across multiple topics and manage competing priorities effectively Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills You should possess the ability to: Translate complex business needs into clear, structured solution designs Distinguish between critical and non-critical requirements efficiently Analyze processes and IT systems with a sharp, detail-oriented mindset Facilitate discussions and align diverse stakeholders toward common goals Work independently while maintaining strong organizational awareness Drive decision-making with a balance of analytical thinking and business sensitivity Adapt quickly in a dynamic Agile environment What We Bring to the Table: Opportunity to work on impactful projects within the financial domain A collaborative and Agile-driven work environment Exposure to modern banking systems and customer experience improvements A role with strong stakeholder interaction and decision-making influence Let’s Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail?
