SAP Project Manager - (ID:3640)

As an SAP Project Manager, you will: Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT and ERP projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives. Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum. Oversee SAP transformation initiatives, including ERP migrations and consolidations (preferably SAP ECC to S/4HANA). Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Identify process gaps, risks, and dependencies, and proactively propose and implement solutions. Manage project artifacts including dashboards, reports, process maps, and documentation with proper version control. Facilitate meetings, capture minutes, and maintain project documentation such as status reports and communications. Ensure effective budget tracking, resource allocation, and alignment with program goals. Apply SAP Activate methodology to drive structured and efficient project execution. What You Bring to the Table: 10–15 years of experience in managing large-scale IT programs/projects. Strong experience in SAP project management, particularly ERP transformations. Hands-on experience with SAP migrations (ECC to S/4HANA preferred). Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms. Deep understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects successfully. You Should Possess the Ability to: Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills. Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Actively listen and translate business needs into actionable project plans. Manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams efficiently. Solve complex problems using analytical and critical thinking.
