Enterprise Project Manager
Role Type: Full-time | Hybrid or Remote with Travel 

What you'll be doing:
Serve as the central hub for enterprise client programs — managing timelines, deliverables, cross-department communication, and operational feasibility. The EPM ensures every project meets performance, quality, and delivery standards while representing the client’s voice internally.

• Lead end-to-end project execution for enterprise accounts, from onboarding to ongoing operations.
• Develop and manage project timelines, deliverable schedules, and internal task ownership.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and creative teams to validate program feasibility.
• Maintain project tracking dashboards and documentation.
• Host weekly syncs with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate risks proactively and ensure defined service levels are met.
• Support strategic planning, forecasting, and post-project reviews.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years in enterprise project or program management.
• Experience in apparel decoration, embellishments or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management platforms (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
