What we do:
GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing.
What you'll be doing:
Own and optimize the organization’s HR technology ecosystem, including UKG administration, data integrity, reporting infrastructure, integrations, security, and HR systems operations.
Core Responsibilities
HRIS / UKG System Administration
- Administer and maintain UKG and related HR systems
- Configure workflows, business processes, and system settings
- Manage system security and user access
- Coordinate system updates, releases, and testing
- Manage integrations and data mapping
- Troubleshoot system issues
HRIS Data Management & Governance
- Maintain employee data integrity across systems
- Monitor imports, interfaces, and file feeds
- Conduct audits and validations
- Manage data extraction requests
- Oversee system feeds including wage increase data, 401(k), and HSA files
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain HR and workforce reporting
- Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports
- Support executive reporting
- Provide data extracts to Payroll, Finance, and HR
Benefits & HR Systems Support
- Configure and support open enrollment
- Manage benefit file feeds and vendor integrations
- Maintain document workflows in UKG
- Support ACA reporting (system side)
HR Technology & Process Improvement
- Identify automation opportunities
- Lead process improvement initiatives
- Improve reporting efficiency and workflows
- Troubleshoot integration issues
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of HRIS or systems administration experience
- Strong experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms
- Experience with system integrations and data management
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and data accuracy focus
- Ability to manage confidential information
