What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As a Janitor in the  Spartanburg area, you are the face of cleanliness! You will work as a professional Sanitation Specialist to ensure our client sites are pristine for the business day. Your daily routine as a Custodian will include: General cleaning and disinfecting of offices, lobbies, and common areas. Pulling trash and dusting to keep the facility fresh and welcoming for downtown visitors. Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and breakrooms. Vacuuming, mopping, and other cleaning duties as assigned by your supervisor. What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications Experience: Previous experience as a Janitor or Custodian is preferred, but we love to train motivated, reliable people! Physicality: Ability to lift at least 35 lbs. repetitively. Reliability: A "Friendly Neighbor" attitude and a consistent work ethic for our morning shift. Availability: Commitment to the Monday-Friday morning schedule with occasional weekend flexibility.
