Your Impact:
As a Credit Control Analyst, you’ll join an established and fast-paced environment to work within our Treasury team to support various projects and activities on a daily basis.
You will enjoy the opportunity to excel and progress professionally and work together with a talented team.
The successful candidate will be based in Athens and report to TDG’s Treasury Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to communicate and collect balances effectively.
- Assist in the Cash flow Report.
- Generate and manage aging reports, factoring, and various credit control documents.
- Assist in verifying and reconciling bank payments.
- Conduct background checks and propose credit limits for potential clients.
- Prepare files and create legal tickets for cases of bad debt.
- Participate in the development of new policies, procedures, and compliance measures.
- Create additional reports as needed to support Treasury operation.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Additional computer training or certification is advantageous.
- Demonstrates 1-2 years of professional experience in credit control or Treasury Department.
- Exhibits proficiency in MS Office and data programs.
- Pays meticulous attention to detail and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information.
- Collaborates as a team player, self-motivate, and take ownership of tasks.
- Communicates effectively with an excellent command of the English language.
