ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry. We are looking for a Financial Operations Manager to join our growing team!
The Financial Operations Manager will own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle. You will be the architect of our back-end revenue engine, ensuring that every signed contract translates into accurate billing, compliant revenue recognition, and timely cash collection. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity of our SaaS metrics (ARR/MRR) and scaling our financial processes alongside our growth.

As a Financial Operations Manager, you will:
- O2C Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full “lead-to-ledger” process, including order validation, complex subscription billing, and cash application.
- SaaS Metric Integrity: Reconcile data between Sales (CRM) and Finance (ERP) systems to ensure accurate reporting of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and churn.
- Technical Revenue Oversight: Partner with the accounting team to ensure all billing and contract structures adhere to ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
- System & Process Automation: Act as the primary finance stakeholder for billing and payment platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Chargebee, Stripe) to automate manual workflows and reduce billing errors.
- Collections Strategy: Monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and optimize automated dunning and collection processes to maximize cash flow.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Sales, Deal Desk, and Customer Success to operationalize new pricing models and promotion structures.
This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure.
A great fit for this position has:
- Experience: 5–8+ years in finance or revenue operations, specifically within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Standards Knowledge: Strong grasp of U.S. GAAP, specifically ASC 606 for SaaS revenue recognition.
- Data Proficiency: Experience with advanced Excel for deep-dive data analysis and reconciliation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA is preferred.
