We're partnering with a mission-driven organization in Tulsa seeking a Data Administrator to serve as the primary steward of enterprise data quality, systems administration, reporting, and user support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology, analytics, and business operations while ensuring critical organizational data remains accurate, accessible, and actionable.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Maintain and improve data integrity across enterprise systems and databases.
- →Run and analyze data quality reports, identify issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- →Administer system user accounts, permissions, and access management.
- →Serve as the primary administrator for organizational systems and applications.
- →Manage duplicate record resolution, data cleanup efforts, and ongoing system maintenance.
- →Create, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- →Support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for system integrations and third-party platforms.
- →Partner with internal teams on system testing, upgrades, process improvements, and special projects.
- →Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials.
- →Deliver training for new and existing users on systems, reporting, and data quality best practices.
- →Act as a liaison between end users and external technology vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- →Fulfill recurring and ad hoc reporting requests in a fast-paced environment.
- 3–5+ years of experience in data administration, system administration, CRM administration, or data management roles.
- Experience administering a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce.
- Proven experience with ETL processes, data imports, data transformations, and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, referential integrity, and data management best practices.
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Advanced reporting and analytics experience using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and application access.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and shifting business needs in a dynamic environment.
