About the Role
In this role, responsible for designing and evolving a comprehensive leadership development strategy aligned with business priorities and organizational culture. Identifies leadership capability gaps through data analysis, feedback, and organizational needs assessments, and translates insights into impactful, end-to-end development solutions. Designs and delivers leadership programs including workshops, cohort-based learning, coaching, mentoring, conferences, and self-paced initiatives.
  • Design and evolve the leadership development strategy aligned with business priorities and culture,
  • Identify leadership capability gaps through data, feedback, and organizational needs analysis,
  • Design end-to-end leadership development programs (workshops, cohorts, coaching, conferences, self-paced learning),
  • Manage program execution, vendor collaboration, and internal facilitation where needed,
  • Continuously iterate programs based on feedback and impact measurement,
  • Develops Coaching and mentorship programs,
  • Creates annual training calendar,
  • Develops and manages leadership onboarding program,
  • Manages the training budget.
  • Bachelors degree in related field,
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in learning and development activities,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Able to prepare and give trainings both in Turkish and English languages,
  • Analytic, result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment,
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to find solutions on your own,
  • Good command of MS Office Programs.
