The Role

Are cars your thing, but you also enjoy working with customers? We’re looking for someone who brings both mechanical know-how and a service-driven mindset. You’ll help customers identify the correct parts for their vehicle while also assisting with various customer service topics, providing clear and efficient support at every step.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with automotive-related and general inquiries, including identifying and selecting the correct parts, across multiple channels on a daily basis
  • Provide timely, accurate, and solution-oriented responses
  • Follow company communication guidelines and tone of voice
  • Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

 

Requirements:

  • Solid automotive knowledge with a practical understanding of vehicle parts and compatibility
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling challenging situations and working under pressure
  • High sense of ownership and a proactive, solution-driven mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good English language skills are essential for communication with foreign customers
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus)
