YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a highly skilled Developmental Test Technician with deep expertise in electrical systems to support hands-on test operations at our test site facilities. This is a test site-based role requiring regular travel between our Long Beach headquarters and remote test locations. You will be on the floor every day—assembling complex electrical systems, configuring test rigs, operating ground support equipment, and executing test campaigns for spacecraft and propulsion hardware. Reporting to the Developmental Test Technician Lead, you'll work alongside electrical and test engineers to deliver safe, precise, high-quality test operations in a fast-paced, build-it-from-scratch startup environment.

Responsibilities

→Base Salary:
- →Technician I : $26.50-$36/hr
- →Technician II: $31.50-$41.50/hr
- →Technician III: $36-$50.50/hr
- →Senior Technician: $43.50-$60/hr
  - →*this position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.
