Under the overall guidance of the Adolescent Development Manager, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Digital Content Consultant will assist in the production and management of digital content and delivery of training programmes to raise awareness, educate, and foster inclusive practices in addressing discrimination. This work will contribute to the implementation of the National Response in Italy programme in support to the protection and social inclusion of Unaccompanied and Separated Children (UASC) and young migrants and refugees.

Requirements

  • Education:
    • Master’s Degree is required in social science, political science, education, anthropology, or communication.
  • Work Experience: 
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital mobilization and educational activities with adolescents and youth with disadvantaged backgrounds;
    • Proven track record in design and delivery of training for adults; Experience working with web-based platforms, managing websites;
    • Demonstrated experience of working with and for refugees, migrants, asylum seekers and internally displaced groups.
  • Skills: 
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and balance multiple communication priorities;
    • Able to work independently, has sound judgment and strong organizational skills;
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships.
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in Italian and English is required.
