As Major Accounts Manager Hospitality EMEA you will be responsible for developing global agreements with hotel operators and hotel management companies in order to ensure Uniguest is approved globally for the different products we offer in our hospitality range. You will be working alongside the regional sales teams as an overlay sales helping them achieve success within the accounts overseen by this role.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and maintain relationships with hotel operators and management companies and consultants across EMEA.
- →Identify and map key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organisations; build a network that creates sustainable pipeline.
- →Create and execute a targeted new business sales strategy to ensure growth in the accounts you oversee coordinating with local sales team.
- →Assist the sales team to manage channel partners by providing them with guidelines, new opening information and business opportunities arising from your accounts.
- →Ensure all key accounts and contacts are always properly mapped in our SalesForce CRM.
- →Develop strong product knowledge across the Uniguest portfolio; confidently present the value proposition and run early-stage demonstrations with pre-sales support.
- →Lead commercial discussions and negotiations; collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver proposals and close business.
- →Attend relevant industry events and follow up leads to progress opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels, both verbal and written.
- Organised and thorough approach to selling.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation skills
- Commercially minded; goal-orientated and comfortable working with the complete hospitality ecosystem both internal and external.
- Experience in AV/IT and working with consultants, system integrators and major reseller/channel partners.
Requirements
