Regular field-based engagement is a key aspect of the role, providing opportunities to observe operations firsthand, understand work as it is performed and ensure safety processes and procedures are grounded in operational reality. Through this approach, you'll help foster a safe, connected and high-performing culture.

This is an opportunity to bring your expertise, perspective and passion for safety to a role that values collaboration, inclusion and making a positive difference across the Universities diving community.

  • Success in building interpersonal relationships and influencing stakeholders to invoke changed behaviours to safety and improve culture.

  • Experience developing and delivering well-articulated and visual resources (procedures, guidelines, training packages) for delivery to staff.
