About the Role
We are seeking a Power Electronics Hardware Engineer to lead the development of power and control hardware for power electronic systems. This role encompasses circuit and magnetic component design, simulation, and debugging to ensure product performance and quality meet application requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the power hardware development and testing of various power electronic devices.
Design, simulate, debug, and continuously optimize various power electronics and related control circuits.
Design, simulate, debug, and continuously optimize magnetic components and embedded hardware/software systems.
Take ownership of product quality for designed or tested products, ensuring market requirements are effectively met.
Qualifications
Required:
Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Familiarity with power circuit and electromagnetic component design; solid understanding of control theory, analog electronics, and digital electronics.
Knowledge of common power electronics circuits, microcontrollers, DSP, and other embedded systems.
Understanding of C/C++ and assembly language programming.
Strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to learn and conduct in-depth research.
Hands-on practical ability with a rigorous and detail-oriented work attitude.
Good teamwork awareness and communication skills.
Preferred:
Strong English proficiency, capable of handling daily technical communication in English.
Experience with power converter topologies (e.g., Buck, Boost, LLC, DAB) through academic projects or research.
Hands-on experience with PCB layout design for power electronics applications.
**Preferred:**
- Experience with international safety standards (e.g., IEC 62368, UL, EN) or EMC standards (e.g., CISPR, FCC, CE).
- Exposure to environmental testing standards (e.g., IEC 60068, MIL-STD-810).
- Proficiency in simulation tools such as ANSYS Maxwell, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent.
