Accounting Manager (A/R)

About the role
We are seeking an Accounting Manager (A/R)to manage all incoming revenue streams across our real estate development and property management businesses. You will oversee billing, collections, and revenue recognition processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a high-volume, multi-currency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and cash application
• Monitor customer accounts, identify overdue balances, and coordinate collection activities
• Reconcile AR sub-ledger with the general ledger on a monthly basis
• Work closely with the sales and legal teams to ensure correct billing terms for property sales and rental contracts
• Prepare AR aging reports, cash receipt forecasts, and bad debt provisions
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with Thai accounting standards
• Handle multi-currency transactions and coordinate with the finance team on FX reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role
• CPA or CPD qualification is an advantage
• Solid understanding of Thai GAAP and revenue recognition principles
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Good command of English — both written and spoken
• Thai national; willing and able to relocate to Phuket
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
