About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Advisor to support reform readiness. Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, you will partner with operational teams to support the effectiveness of VMCH's Quality Management System and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You will provide expert guidance on quality, compliance and accreditation requirements while helping services maintain excellence in care delivery.

You are a passionate quality professional who thrives on improving service outcomes and driving a culture of continuous improvement. With experience in quality, compliance, auditing or accreditation within aged care, disability or community services, you bring a practical, solutions-focused approach to supporting operational teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits, gap analyses and accreditation readiness activities.
  • Support NDIS audits, accreditation processes and external quality reviews.
  • Analyse quality, incident and compliance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and support operational leaders to implement improvements.
  • Coordinate audit evidence, track actions and ensure timely closure of findings.
  • Review incidents and complaints to identify risks and recommend preventative measures.
  • Coach and support staff in quality systems, documentation and best-practice compliance.

 

You are a proactive and relationship-focused quality professional who enjoys partnering with operational teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.

  • Experience in quality, compliance or management within aged care, disability or community services.
  • Strong knowledge NDIS regulatory requirements.
  • Experience supporting accreditation, certification and audit activities.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and drive actions through to completion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A current Victorian Driver's Licence
