This role involves managing a portfolio of end-to-end projects, from requirements definition to rollout, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. You will act as a central governance point for transformation projects, driving technical requirements, integration, and deployment across VOIS locations. Lead multi-functional global project teams to implement automation and innovation initiatives. Manage Scrum teams using SAFe methodology.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Define early-stage requirements and support business case creation for automation projects. Own and manage the automation implementation project portfolio. Develop delivery strategies for innovation and automation across VOIS business lines. ## Who you are Proven experience in managing complex IT projects in international environments. Strong expertise in system integration across applications, data, testing, infrastructure, and operations. Certified in Agile/SAFe methodologies with hands-on experience.Skilled in implementing process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, low-code/no-code platforms). Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders from technical teams to senior executives.
