In this role, you will support global and single-country business opportunities by developing commercial pricing strategies and value-driven propositions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with sales and commercial stakeholders to create profitable, competitive, and customer-focused offers while influencing pricing decisions throughout the full deal lifecycle. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and experience in complex pricing environments. ## What you’ll do * Develop and structure commercial pricing propositions that balance customer requirements with business objectives. * Advise stakeholders on commercial offer development to maximise profitability across complex opportunities. * Support pricing decision-making for multinational enterprise customers across a range of products and services. * Build and maintain pricing models, P&L templates, customer savings profiles, and competitive analysis frameworks. * Prepare high-quality commercial documentation, analyses, and presentations to support bid activities. * Participate in customer discussions and negotiations to achieve commercially successful outcomes. * Assess profitability throughout the deal lifecycle and provide recommendations on pricing strategies and commercial structures. * Monitor competitor activity and market insights to strengthen commercial propositions. * Ensure pricing proposals comply with governance requirements and contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth. ## Who you are * Experience developing commercial and pricing propositions within a business environment. * Experience supporting customer-facing commercial discussions or negotiations. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. * Fluent English language skills. * Ability to manage priorities effectively and work across multiple stakeholders. * Business, finance, economics, mathematics, or related commercial knowledge. * Management accounting experience is beneficial but not essential. * Approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial, finance, bid management, or a related field. ## Not a perfect fit?
