This role focuses on providing structured PMO support across a portfolio of technology initiatives, ensuring strong delivery discipline, clear visibility, and alignment with programme objectives. The position plays a key role in enabling successful delivery through planning, coordination, and tracking activities across multiple stakeholders. The Technology PMO Senior Analyst will contribute to maintaining PMO standards, supporting reporting and governance processes, and ensuring accurate programme insights to aid decision-making. ## What you will do Support PMO governance activities across multiple technology programmes, ensuring adherence to established frameworks and standards Assist in maintaining programme plans, timelines, and status tracking Provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery Support resource tracking, prioritization, and workload visibility Maintain programme documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency Track risks and issues, escalating where necessaryContribute to reporting dashboards and performance insights ## Who you are A technology PMO professional with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in programme or project management environments. Experienced in supporting or leading PMO activities within technology or digital delivery contexts. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to enable coordination and delivery discipline. Able to apply structured approaches to planning, tracking, and reporting within technology programmes. Familiar with working in complex, delivery‑focused environments. ## Not a perfect fit?
