You’ll join a team helping to shape the UK’s largest mobile network provider—playing a key role in building not just a business, but a future-ready culture, customer experience, and industry standard. In this 9-month fixed-term role, you’ll work at the heart of strategic initiatives, supporting legal compliance while collaborating with diverse teams across the organisation. * You’ll support the delivery of high-quality, pragmatic legal advice across strategic projects, procurement, wholesale, and emerging AI initiatives * You’ll help ensure compliance with evolving legislation while safeguarding commercial objectives and managing legal risk * You’ll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, aligning legal guidance with business priorities and enabling confident decision-making * You’ll contribute to risk assessment and assurance frameworks, proactively identifying and mitigating regulatory, financial, and reputational risks * You’ll support governance and continuous improvement by refining legal templates, processes, and training materials * You’ll help drive efficiency by contributing to legal innovation, including automation, simplification, and the use of legal technology * You’ll collaborate with external partners such as suppliers, legal counsel, and commercial stakeholders to support strategic outcomes * You’ll stay curious keeping up with regulatory changes and sharing insights that help the wider team grow and improve Who you are * You have experience working in an in-house legal team or within commercial contracting in private practice * You bring (or are keen to develop) strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance legal risk with business opportunity * You’re confident taking ownership of your work and managing your own caseload, with appropriate guidance where needed * You’re proactive and self-motivated, with a “can-do” mindset and the ability to move things forward independently * You have an interest in the technology or telecoms sector, with awareness of relevant legal and industry trends * You can build trusted relationships and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders * You use analytical thinking to solve problems and deliver practical, solution-oriented outcomes * You’re collaborative, inclusive, and enjoy working as part of a diverse, high-performing team * You’re eager to learn and grow, open to feedback, and motivated to continuously develop your skills ## Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
