A) Display & Video (Web) Manage and hands on GAM trafficking and line item setup to ensure accurate and timely campaign implementation. Support and hands on Prebid setup and troubleshoot related issues to maintain optimal header bidding performance. Apply and optimize floor prices by geo, device, and format to maximize revenue opportunities. Conduct creative QA and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards. Perform daily pacing and delivery checks and adjust campaigns as needed to meet performance goals. B) App (iOS / Android) Validate SDK integrations in collaboration with the tech team to ensure proper ad delivery. Map ad units according to placements to ensure correct implementation and tracking. Maintain mediation waterfall hygiene to optimize demand competition and yield. Monitor latency and timeout settings to improve performance and user experience. Conduct regular app monetization stability checks to ensure consistent revenue performance. C) CTV / OTT / FAST Configure and manage ad pods to ensure proper ad sequencing and delivery. Validate and monitor SSAI integrations to maintain seamless ad insertion. Support deal setup, including PMPs and Programmatic Guaranteed campaigns. Monitor delivery, pacing, and fill rates to ensure campaign effectiveness. Perform quality control checks to maintain strong CTV monetization performance. D) Programmatic Partners (SSPs, DSP Tags) Execute partner onboarding processes to enable smooth integrations. Monitor and hands on daily performance and yield across partners to optimize revenue. Block MFA and low-quality demand sources to protect inventory quality. Enforce floor price compliance across all programmatic partners. Prepare and share partner performance reports with relevant stakeholders. E) Social Media Monetization Enable and manage monetization across all social media platforms and accounts. Ensure policy compliance and verify monetization eligibility requirements. Optimize yield across formats and geographies to maximize revenue. Track revenue and reconcile payouts to ensure accuracy. Prepare social monetization reports and escalate issues when necessary. Revenue & KPIs and Success Metrics: Maintain monthly revenue variance within ±5% of forecasted targets Monitor revenue trends and proactively address fluctuations Collaborate with commercial teams to stabilize and grow revenue performance Requirements 4+ years in ad ops, programmatic advertising, or digital monetization (agency, ad-tech, or publisher side). Strong knowledge of GAM, SSPs, DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk). Familiar with paid media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads. Experience managing ad-tech partners (Teads, Magnite, PubMatic, SpringServe, etc.). Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Looker, Data Studio). Background in CTV/FAST advertising models is a strong plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset and High attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proactive and ownership-driven attitude with Strong time management and prioritization skills Commercial mindset: ability to translate ad ops into revenue opportunities for sales.
