~1 min readAt Avalara, we're transforming how businesses manage tax compliance through technology and partner ecosystems. We're looking for a Partner Performance Manager to support the execution and ongoing evolution of our Partner Program. You will focus on driving high-quality partner engagement. It does so across Account Executives (AEs), Strategic Alliance Managers (SAMs), and Partners.
This is not a curriculum design role. Avalara has a dedicated Enablement function for structured training. Instead, you will operate directly within the partner motion — working shoulder to shoulder with revenue teams and partners to strengthen expectations, coach to the evolving partner plan, and ensure understanding with program standards.
This is a fully remote, US-based position reporting to our VP, Strategic Alliances
