Responsibilities
~1 min readThe Performance Management team supports the success of our Instant Cash Offer (ICO) program by helping dealer partners onboard, adopt, and maximize the value of the platform. As a Performance Manager, you’ll work closely with dealers and internal stakeholders to ensure program compliance, support operational excellence, and provide data-driven insights that help drive growth and engagement.
- →Onboard new dealer partners to the Instant Cash Offer program, ensuring a smooth and successful launch experience.
- →Monitor and support dealer compliance with program requirements, providing guidance and recommendations as needed.
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with a dedicated portfolio of dealer partners
- →Analyze program and dealer performance data, delivering insights that support business decisions and sales team initiatives.
- →Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to improve processes, drive adoption, and contribute to the ongoing success of the ICO program.
- Experience working in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of dealership operations and dealer business needs.
- Knowledge of vehicle acquisition processes and the factors that influence dealer purchasing decisions.
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively in a virtual environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- High school diploma or equivalent, along with the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and technologies.
