MERU’s service offerings include transaction services, performance improvement (EBITDA/cash potential), interim management (CEO, CRO, CFO), restructuring services (liquidity management, business plan development, and review, and restructuring plan design and execution), and data insights services (data warehouse/ data lake development, data modeling, dashboarding, AI / ML expertise). MERU primarily caters to middle-market companies with $50M - $2B in annual sales and has deep relationships in the private equity and private credit communities.

MERU is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our team, based in Atlanta, GA. We are looking for someone who will provide critical administrative and logistical support to our recruiting team, helping us attract and hire the best talent.
This individual will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support across the recruiting lifecycle, coordinating interviews, maintaining our ATS, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This person will help administer fair and equitable recruiting processes for all roles. If you are a highly organized coordinator who takes pride in the details and always keeps the candidate experience top of mind, you will fit right in with our team.
- Coordinate the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and interviewers alike.
- Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, company website) and assist with initial candidate outreach and screening coordination.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records, pipeline status, and data integrity throughout the recruiting process.
- Support the coordination of a consistent, high-volume pipeline of qualified candidates by managing logistics, follow-up communications, and scheduling across multiple open roles.
- Partner with leaders across multiple verticals to facilitate interview logistics, coordinate feedback collection, and support hiring decisions.
- Coordinate interview logistics including room bookings, video conferencing setup, travel arrangements, and preparation of interview materials for hiring teams.
- Assist in tracking recruiting metrics and reporting on pipeline status, interview completion rates, and time-to-fill; help prepare regular updates for Leaders and the Recruiting Council.
- Support company inclusion & diversity efforts.
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives within the recruiting function in partnership with the Recruiting Council, Human Resources + Administrative departments and Leadership, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination role within a professional services environment; experience in consulting or financial services is a plus.
- General familiarity with the professional services industry and an eagerness to learn about MERU’s business and talent needs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple interview schedules, coordinate across time zones, and prioritize competing deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide administrative and logistical support across one or more hiring verticals.
- Experience working with an ATS (preferably Lever); comfort learning and navigating new recruiting tools and platforms.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization and provide a positive, professional experience for external candidates.
- Strong time management skills and ability to adjust and be agile as the business demands.
- General understanding of state/federal laws and regulations, including affirmative action and FLSA guidelines, to ensure legal compliance.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of recruiting administration, from scheduling to data entry to candidate communications.
- Position may occasionally require travel (<10%) for on-site coordination based on business needs.
- Bachelor's degree
