What’s the role?

As a Business Home Lending Manager, you’ll work closely with Relationship Managers across Westpac’s SME segment in NSW, bringing specialist home lending expertise to customers who are growing their business and planning their next move. You’ll connect with clients, bankers, brokers and other stakeholders to explore needs, shape options, and deliver home loan solutions that make sense for each customer.

Referrals come directly from Relationship Managers, so you can focus on building strong relationships, creating a great experience, and helping customers reach meaningful outcomes.

This is a full time, permanent, hybrid opportunity based in Sydney, Warrane, Gadigal Country.

 

What do I need?

• Proven experience in customer facing home lending roles  
• Experience supporting business and commercial banking customers is highly regarded  
• Strong relationship building skills, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering results  
• Strong commercial acumen, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills  
• Confidence working in a dynamic, fast paced environment, including conducting portfolio reviews to strengthen customer relationships
