Proven experience in workforce management ideally within banking or financial services operations, combined with strong analytical capability to interpret data and translate it into clear, practical insights
Strong working knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and a proficiency in one or more contemporary scripting language (SQL, Python, R, etc.) with the confidence to analyse data and present clear, meaningful insights
Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends, patterns and opportunities to produce Medium- to Long-term Volume & FTE forecasts for business partners
Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with Team Managers, Senior Managers, and Executives and to present insights and recommendations in a clear and meaningful way for the business
