Full Note / Half Note Coordinator - Fixed Term

PENSION FULL NOTE is a Niseko institution and one of the original accommodation venues, incorporating within the building Half Note Bar & Restaurant. 

A Japanese-style bed and breakfast, Full Note has all the comforts of a Western ski lodge, ideal for families, couples and those travelling alone.

Whiteroom is looking for a competent person to join our team with an outstanding personality, leadership qualities, demonstrating excellent organisational skills, team work, customer service, industry knowledge & experience, a proven track record overseeing all aspects of an accommodation & food & beverage operation, while ensuring fun and a quality experience for all.

• July 2026 to Mid April 2027

Position Requirements:

• Customer service focus and a track record of delivering on customer expectations
• Solid experience and a proven track record in leadership positions for accommodation & food & beverage operations 
• Experience overseeing, organising and managing a team
• Proven record of promotional activity planning, promotion & implementation
• A background in sales and strong communication skills
• Excellent administration, cash handling and stock control skills
• Possess a good work ethic, dependable and punctual
• Great attitude, positive mindset, and able to adapt to any situation
• Valid driver's licence from your home country plus a valid international drivers license or a Japanese license
• General maintenance skills
• Able to work independently & be adaptable
