We are a remote-first technology company and welcome applications from candidates across Europe, including the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and other non-EEA European countries such as Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey, and the Western Balkans. We also consider applicants from different locations who can work within Central European Time (CET).
As a PM Lead at WhiteTech, you will drive the delivery of multiple product and technical streams across our FinTech initiatives. You will ensure visibility, predictability, alignment, and delivery control across teams, maintaining a strong understanding of product context, sprint execution, dependencies, and risks. Acting as a senior delivery layer above Project Managers, you will standardize execution practices, improve delivery discipline, and ensure teams operate in a structured, predictable, and business-aligned way.
This role requires a combination of program-level oversight and deep involvement in active delivery, ensuring no critical risks or blockers go unnoticed. You will collaborate closely with CEO, PMO, Product, Project Managers, BA, QA, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities

- Align PMs on planning, execution control, stakeholder communication, escalation handling, and delivery governance.
- Mentoring & leading Project Managers
- Ability to improve processes and delivery standards
- Stay deeply involved in sprint execution and task-level progress
- Identify & communicate risks, blockers, and delays early
- Connect execution with product context and business impact
- Build strong understanding of product areas, modules, and dependencies
- Maintain alignment with CEO, PMO, Product, and stakeholders
- Manage delivery plans, milestones, and release commitments
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and collaboration
- Escalate risks and ensure clear ownership across teams
- Control scope and support prioritization decisions
- Work with Product, PMO / Delivery, CEO and other stakeholders to align priorities between teams and initiatives.
- Support decision-making regarding scope trade-offs, sequencing, and change impact.
- Help teams stay focused on the most business-critical work.
- Oversee release readiness across assigned teams and streams.
- Ensure that release plans, ownership, dependencies, QA readiness, and follow-up steps are clearly defined and tracked.
- Monitor release risks and make sure they are visible and acted upon before they affect delivery.
- Ensure transparency across Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools
- Establish and maintain program-level delivery metrics, KPIs, and status indicators.
- Monitor delivery health and support data-driven decisions
- Improve processes, planning, and delivery governance
- Identify recurring delivery issues, bottlenecks, and gaps in execution.
- Improve planning, status tracking, escalation flow, release preparation, and coordination practices.
- Support the development of stronger PM practices and more mature delivery processes across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in execution standards and delivery governance.
- 5+ years in project/program/delivery management
- Experience managing multiple teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong multi-team delivery and dependency management
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution
- Experience with release planning and delivery predictability
- Strong product understanding and execution awareness
- Ability to operate as a senior delivery layer above PMs within assigned scope.
- Ability to improve PM practices, execution standards, and delivery discipline across teams.
- Experience guiding, mentoring, or leading Project Managers is a strong advantage.
