Are you a driven sales professional looking to grow your career in B2B technology sales? Kinetic is seeking a Field Account Executive II to drive business growth within our local communities. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to small and midsize businesses, providing industry-leading Kinetic products and services.
We set you up for success from Day 1 with training, a dedicated customer base, and a consistent flow of qualified leads. If you thrive in a relationship-based, rewards-driven environment, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Prospect Engagement: Actively engage with prospective business clients daily to build rapport and generate new sales within your assigned market.
Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor, nurturing long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet specific business needs.
Sales Performance: Excel in a high-energy, performance-driven environment where exceptional customer service leads to high volume results.
Territory Growth: Manage a designated territory, utilizing provided leads and self-prospecting techniques to hit monthly targets.

Do You Have? (Requirements)
Self-Motivation: A strong "hunter" mentality with a focus on closing deals and building a professional network.
Core Skills: Exceptional communication, time management, and presentation skills are essential for engaging business owners.
Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience (Sales experience is a significant plus, but we prioritize a passion for relationship building and results).
Education: College degree or equivalent professional-level experience (6+ years) required.
