Merchant Onboarding Associate

Join Wolt in Azerbaijan as an Onboarding Associate at Wolt and help set our restaurant and retail partners up for success from day one. You’ll work closely with Partnership Managers and the Restaurant & Retail Development teams to make sure every new venue enters the platform smoothly and confidently.

In this role, you’ll guide partners through the onboarding process, ensure their menus are accurate and fully updated on the platform, and provide day-to-day support whenever they need it. By helping merchants get set up quickly and effectively, you’ll play a key part in shaping their first impression of Wolt — and building the foundation for their long-term success.

• Help onboard new venues to the Wolt platform - from contracts and photography to menu setup, translations, and training partners on how to use the Wolt app.
• Build strong relationships with our restaurant and retail partners by guiding them through our tools, sharing updates, and supporting their day-to-day needs.
• Make sure our partner portfolio meets Wolt’s high service standards by running regular quality checks and following up on feedback.
• Support the growth of our restaurant and retail partners by using insights from our data to help improve their performance on the platform.
• Keep our menus up to date with accurate text and visuals that represent the Wolt brand and deliver a great experience for customers.
• Take care of equipment inventory and make sure partners receive and return devices when needed.

• Technical ability and logical thinking with an aesthetic sense
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience
• Structured, detailed and service oriented
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English (B2 level), Russian (optional)
• Strong time management skills with efficient task prioritization
• Located in Baku
