Role Summary and Impact
We are seeking a curious and dynamic Media Buying Intern to join the central buying team dedicated to the most important client of the agency. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to acquire a thorough understanding of the media market, encompassing strategic negotiation platform, and tactic and daily dynamic negotiation across main media. You will gain hands-on experience, directly contributing to projects that deliver measurable buying perfomances in the evolving media landscape.
Activities
- Contribute to the media buying process in the preparation of the negotiation plat: Actively support the buying group in monitoring the status of buying commitment, consolidate and organize all negotiation-related information into a coherent framework
- Prepare comprehensive reports both for internal and client use, collecting the information required to support negotiation using the tools available within the group.
- Leverage all the information gathered to build benchmarking tools and reference points to support negotiations
Skills and Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
- Genuine interest and enthusiasm for digital media, digital advertising, mobile platforms, and social network campaigns.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and a genuine curiosity for understanding market dynamics and consumer behavior through digital insights.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian, as you will engage with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital media planning tools, ad-serving platforms, analytics software or other web languages will be considered a significant advantage
- A quick and eager learner, adept at rapidly applying new knowledge and insights to daily tasks and evolving digital challenges.
- An exceptional team player with excellent collaboration skills, eager to contribute to a shared vision within a dynamic digital unit.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in digital campaign implementation and reporting.
- Articulate and effective communicator, able to convey information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently and contributing effectively to various project streams under guidance.
- Driven by passion for the digital media industry, demonstrating high motivation and commitment to achieving individual and collective goals.
