• →Proven experience as a people leader, able to balance good customer outcomes, customer experience, and conduct risk through effective resource planning, prioritisation, and delivery of customer focused outcomes
• →Strong understanding of life and pensions products and propositions, with a sound grasp of the regulatory environment and Consumer Duty expectations in which a Life and Pensions business operates
• →Demonstrate consistent focus on customer outcomes and fair value, applying professional judgement to identify foreseeable harm and drive meaningful, proportionate recommendations and improvements through reviews
• →Takes ownership for end-to-end delivery quality in agreed timeframes, balancing quality, regulatory and internal expectations, ensuring reviews and actions are accurate, robust, defensible, clearly owned, and tracked to completion
• →Excellent report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to draw clear conclusions, influence stakeholders credibly, and respond effectively to unforeseen challenges and competing priorities in a complex organisation
