Senior Manager - Revenue Operations & Administration

• →Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• →MBA/MHA/PG qualification preferred.

• 7–12 years of relevant experience in hospital revenue operations, revenue cycle management, hospital administration, or healthcare operations.
• Candidates with experience managing both revenue and administration will be strongly preferred.
• Experience in a hospital, oncology centre, multispecialty hospital, or healthcare organisation is preferred.

• Strong understanding of hospital revenue cycle management
• Hospital billing and collection processes
• Insurance/TPA processes and claim management
• Revenue MIS and analytics
• Hospital administration and facility coordination
• Vendor management
• Strong Excel/MIS skills
• Process improvement and SOP implementation
• Financial and commercial acumen
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously
• Strong ownership and execution orientation

The ideal candidate is someone who can independently own hospital revenue operations while simultaneously managing administration, rather than functioning only as a billing or administration specialist.

Someone with strong experience in either Revenue Operations or Hospital Administration, but with sufficient exposure and capability to take ownership of the second function, may also be considered.
