The Inside Sales Representative drives growth across designated long-tail customers and serves as a critical front door for new commercial opportunities. The role is responsible for inbound selling, lead response and qualification, appropriate routing, customer retention and expansion, and disciplined opportunity management. Inside Sales Representatives are sellers, not administrative order-processing resources. They focus their time on understanding customer needs, developing relationships, creating and advancing opportunities, and growing assigned customers while partnering with Sales Support on repeatable quoting, order-entry, account-setup, and fulfillment administration.
