→Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
→Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
→Provide technical support during the sales process to address client queries and concerns.
→Design and architect Apigee-based solutions for API management and integrations.
→Develop and implement API proxies, policies, and configurations on the Apigee platform.
→Integrate Apigee with various backend systems and services.
→Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
→Present complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
→Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
→Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and support teams, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
→Provide training and technical guidance to clients and internal teams.

Previous experience of working in the Technical Pre-Sales role
Familiarity with the unique business and technical requirements of the global market
Deep understanding of API Management, iPaaS, Developer Portals, Integrations, Custom Integrations, and related technologies.
Proven experience in pre-sales or solutions architecture within these domains.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and strategically.
A smart, engaging professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
