As Account Manager, you will play a pivoting role in managing large accounts, developing strong relationships with key clients, with a focus on retention and acquisition of new business. By analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth, you will contribute directly to the company's success. This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact on the sales organization and take ownership of your region.

Then we are looking for you! Our head office is in Roosendaal, while we also have offices in Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Nijmegen.
Responsibilities

You will be acquiring new business through networking, and lead generation and cold calling while expanding existing accounts on daily basis.

Actively you will be achieving sales targets by staying informed on market trends and competitor activities.

You will be creating and monitoring regional sales plans, identifying growth opportunities.

You will be conducting and attending meetings with clients to understand their needs and propose solutions.

Negotiating terms, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
You have a minimum of 5 years as an independent Account Manager/Business Developer.
You are fluent in English and French, with business-level proficiency in Dutch.
You have strong analytical abilities and a commercial mindset to identify and seize opportunities.
You are a skilled negotiator while maintaining customer satisfaction.
You have a valid European driverβs license (B).

Only 6% of our customers are in the Netherlands; the remaining customers are primarily in other European countries and are further fragmented worldwide
