Sales Development Representative

Abnormal AI is seeking exceptional sales professionals who are passionate about their craft and driven to succeed within a world-class, high-performance sales organization. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), this individual will play a critical role in driving growth by serving as the first point of contact with prospective customers within an assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of sales experience, strategic thinking, ambition, and a team-first mentality. They are results-oriented, confident, resilient in the face of rejection, and maintain a consistently positive attitude.

Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills and outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, at mid-sized to large enterprises. The SDR must also thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, quickly adopt and master sales tools, and demonstrate the ability to ramp quickly.

• →Contact potential clients through outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• →Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• →Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• →Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• →Exercise leadership, demonstrate effective sales planning, and work in a positive and motivating way with internal counterparts and external customers
• →Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
• →Effectively partner and work across sales teams 
• →Act as the subject matter expert on Abnormal Security product offering

• College graduate 
• 0-1 year previous experience as a Sales Development or Business Development Representative OR related internship experience 
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
• Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value 
• Strong, professional communication skills -- written, verbal, presentation
• Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
• Drive, Grit, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and win
