Responsibilities

→Provide strategic oversight and leadership for all Food & Beverage operations across the property.
→Partner closely with the General Manager and senior leadership to align vision, standards, and execution.
→Maintain daily operational excellence across restaurants, bars, beach and pool service, and special events.
→Establish and uphold service standards that embody Palm Heights’ ultra luxury positioning and creative identity.
→Thoughtfully analyze guest feedback to drive continuous refinement and innovation.
→Ensure each outlet maintains a distinctive identity while remaining fully aligned with the Palm Heights brand.
→Curate new offerings, activations, and experiences that elevate the destination and deepen guest engagement.
→Build, inspire, and mentor a high performing leadership team across Food & Beverage.
→Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost management across all outlets.
→Build trusted partnerships with suppliers aligned with brand values and quality standards.
→Uphold the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance
→Champion responsible, sustainable practices aligned with long term environmental and business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

→Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience.
→Bachelors Degree in an related field.
→Proven senior leadership experience in ultra-luxury or highly design-led hospitality environments.
→Demonstrated success overseeing complex, multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations.
→Strong financial acumen combined with thoughtful, people-centric leadership.
→Innate understanding of luxury service—refined, intuitive, and never transactional.
→Calm, assured presence with the ability to lead discreetly and decisively.
→Passion for culinary excellence, storytelling, and experiential hospitality.
