Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analyses and identify the gaps and opportunities in the market, in order to come up with strategic account plans to help the company expand its business in Thailand within the Beverage segment.
  • Develop and be responsible for sales plans, targets and forecasts, as well as business development and new projects pipeline to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Provide superior sales and marketing services to customers, focusing on our color and flavor product lines. This includes developing and implementing a customer strategy for each major customer related to pricing, growth and new products.
  • Analyze data with regards to sales, costs, markets, new business development and customers, establishing a sales budget for assigned clients.
  • Follow up on samples submitted and technical assistance with support of the Technical Team.  You will demonstrate your presentation expertise by conducting product presentations to develop the business area.

 

  • A strategic approach to developing and winning business with highly technical, value-added solutions.
  • ​​Either B2B technical sales experience or technical experience - No sales experience required, as long as you have experience directly working with clients, know the market, and got the drive to win, and a curious mind.
  • Result driven mindset, process oriented, collaborative, project management skills, strong communication and motivational ability.
  • Fluency in both Thai & English languages.
