2. รับแชตลูกค้าที่เข้ามาจากโฆษณา/โพสต์ ผ่าน Facebook Inbox, LINE OA, Others พร้อมอธิบายแพ็กเกจ โปรโมชั่น และสิทธิประโยชน์ ให้ถูกต้อง เข้าใจง่าย
