Strategic HR Partnership & Business Enablement Align human resources strategies with country-level business objectives, formulating and implementing HR initiatives that directly support operational and strategic goals. Participate in leadership and business review meetings, providing expert HR guidance and contributing to organizational transformation and efficiency enhancement initiatives. 2. Performance Management Oversight Lead end-to-end performance management processes, ensuring structured implementation of goal setting, mid-year evaluations, and annual performance assessments. Facilitate and coordinate performance calibration sessions for country leadership, ensuring rating outcomes align with established distribution standards and organizational guidelines. 3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Execute nationwide recruitment strategies to ensure timely fulfillment of critical roles and achievement of hiring targets. Oversee and optimize recruitment channels, strengthening local sourcing networks while promoting the effective utilization of international recruitment platforms. 4. Compensation & Benefits Administration Establish and regularly review country-level salary benchmarks, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and fairness in compensation adjustments. Design and implement locally competitive employee benefits programs to enhance talent attraction and retention. 5. Learning & Organizational Development Drive localization and continuous improvement of onboarding programs, overseeing probation management processes to ensure smooth employee integration. Organize and deliver professional development programs aimed at strengthening workforce capabilities and organizational effectiveness. Conduct competency assessments and ensure appropriate alignment between employee qualifications and job requirements. 6. Employee Relations & Culture Development Plan and execute corporate culture initiatives, promoting internal communication and reinforcing shared values across the organization. Conduct employee interviews and organizational diagnostics, providing analytical reports and actionable recommendations for improvement. Implement employee engagement and welfare initiatives to foster a positive and supportive workplace environment. 7. HR Governance & Operational Excellence Ensure full compliance with labor regulations and internal HR procedures, including contract management, attendance administration, visa processing, and related documentation. Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR information systems, ensuring proper management of employee records, job classifications, and system data. 8. Market Intelligence & Policy Alignment Gather competitive intelligence and monitor market trends, conducting policy analysis to recommend strategic internal adjustments aligned with external developments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related discipline. Proficiency in Chinese as a working language, fluency in the local language, and strong written communication skills in English. At least five years of experience in an HR Business Partner capacity or comprehensive HR management role, with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, regulatory compliance, employee relations, and culture development. Experience within the IT or security sector is considered an advantage. Solid knowledge of local labor legislation, employment standards, and regulatory requirements. Strong interpersonal, coordination, and time management capabilities, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
