Deputy General Director (Southern Region)

ACG_3527_JOB Our client is a leading logistics company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Responsible for Logistics, Freight Forwarding, and Shipping Line operations. 1. Business Development Develop business goals and strategic plans in freight transportation, warehousing, and logistics services, creating competitive advantages through superior service quality to attract major partners and expand the Group’s market share in the Southern logistics sector. Directly oversee and manage business operations while monitoring and ensuring the effective implementation of monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients while streamlining organizational structures to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Manage and oversee personnel across the Group’s logistics operations division. Take full responsibility to the Company’s Owners/Board for overall business performance and carry out additional duties as assigned by senior management. Maintain and strengthen relationships with strategic partners to support long-term business growth. 2. Operations Management Supervise the implementation of short-term and long-term business strategies and plans to ensure the company achieves its revenue targets. Oversee overall customer service operations, service quality standards, and customer relationship management resources. Monitor and improve service quality based on customer feedback and engagement. Supervise the operations of administrative and back-office support departments. 3. Internal Management Develop and enhance internal processes and procedures, conduct regular evaluations, and continuously drive improvements and innovation. Monitor departmental performance to improve work progress, service quality, and employee productivity across the organization. Advise on and build an effective workforce structure to support the company’s overall operations and long-term development. Requirements Male candidates are preferred, aged between 40–55 years old. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Transportation, or other related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive leadership roles such as Business Development Director, COO, Deputy General Director, or CEO within logistics service companies. Passionate, dedicated, and highly motivated, with the ability to inspire and energize teams while maintaining a positive and resilient mindset. Strong determination and leadership capability to drive change, implement new initiatives, and bring fresh perspectives to the organization. Honest, proactive, sharp-minded, and highly responsible. Demonstrates a professional and respectful attitude toward superiors, subordinates, and colleagues alike.
