Manage data operations, including data governance, data quality control, and implementation of measures to ensure data integrity across AMC. Analyze and interpret data, deliver reports to support timely strategic decision-making, and drive business performance with optimized cost and risk. Oversee debt settlement activities by developing KRA/KPI frameworks, performance evaluation systems, and incentive programs to enhance employee productivity and achieve company objectives. Design and develop data architecture to systematically store, organize, and optimize data utilization, maximizing business value. Drive automation and digitalization of processes and data through systems to reduce loan processing time and improve debt recovery efficiency. Administer and operate systems, including but not limited to software and information systems, to meet evolving business requirements. Lead, organize, and manage Data Management & Automation functions in alignment with the department’s roles and responsibilities. Advise the Board of Directors on matters related to data management, reporting, and automation to support overall business operations. 1. Data Management & Automation Leadership Plan, allocate, and oversee resources for data management, including data governance, data quality, and control measures to ensure data integrity across AMC. Direct teams to perform data aggregation, statistical analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation of debt recovery activities; propose system-wide improvement initiatives in line with regulatory guidance. Lead the development and enforcement of productivity standards, KPI/KRA frameworks, and incentive programs to ensure timely, accurate, and complete deliverables. Oversee the design and implementation of data architecture, ensuring the collection and management of large, complex datasets to support debt recovery objectives. Supervise infrastructure design to enhance scalability while maintaining a robust and sustainable data foundation. Drive and coordinate with relevant units to automate operational processes within the debt settlement lifecycle. Oversee research and deployment of data digitization initiatives to streamline processes and maximize the use of digital data assets. Manage and operate systems, including but not limited to software and information systems, within AMC. Review and approve periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) reports of the Data Management & Automation function. 2. Center Management & Governance Develop and manage the Center’s annual budget in alignment with the approved operating plan. Lead and oversee the execution of the Center’s functions in line with defined goals, plans, and responsibilities, ensuring compliance with company regulations. Take full accountability for the Center’s operations, ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, guidelines, and service quality standards. Direct and enforce monitoring and compliance with applicable laws, as well as internal regulations of the Company. 3. People Management Oversee workforce planning and execution, including headcount and cost management within the assigned function/sub-function. Attract, recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality talent to build a high-performing team. Define and communicate KRAs/KPIs, objectives, action plans, expectations, and performance outcomes for both team and individuals. Monitor and manage team performance, providing regular feedback in line with the annual performance management cycle. Identify capability requirements and support employee development through training, coaching, mentoring, and continuous feedback. Motivate, engage, and recognize team members’ contributions toward shared goals and organizational success. Drive talent development initiatives within the function/sub-function to build a strong talent pipeline. Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at the function/sub-function level. Ensure team members are well-informed of relevant HR policies, programs, and offerings. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the consolidation and reporting of the Center’s operational results to competent authorities on a periodic basis or upon request. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal units across the system, as well as relevant authorities and external organizations to support operational effectiveness. Direct the collection, synthesis, and processing of relevant operational information to ensure effective Center operations. Perform other duties as assigned by AMC leadership. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS / PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS University degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or Economics. EXPERIENCE Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or Economics. At least 5 years of managerial experience in a related field. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT English proficiency as required by the Company’s regulations from time to time.
