Lead the daily operations of the team, ensuring alignment with brand standards and expectations. Manage the brand calendar and coordinate mapping activities effectively. Cultivate and grow partnerships with key vendors. Ensure all executions meet compliance guidelines and align with corporate responsibility, sustainability, and traceability initiatives. Serve as the central point for implementing brand strategies, offering practical recommendations when needed. Monitor service levels, cost goals, and overall performance delivery. Continuously enhance operational efficiency and encourage innovation. Mentor team members and drive performance to meet KPIs. Requirements A bachelor’s degree in apparel, materials, business, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years in brand or category management, with proven experience leading teams. Strong grasp of supply chain operations from product inception to consumer delivery. Proven track record in capability building and team development within the supply chain. Familiar with global sourcing trends and able to align strategies with brand objectives. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and making data-backed decisions. Proficient negotiator with high adaptability in a fast-changing environment. Excellent communication skills in both English and the native language. Sound knowledge of intimate apparel and next-to-skin product categories. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. Experience working with multicultural teams across different regions.
