Production Ceramic Manager

ACG_3490_JOB Our client is a reputable manufacturing company seeking an experienced member to join their team: Lead and manage end-to-end ceramic production processes to ensure efficiency, product quality, cost control, and on-time delivery. Oversee daily production planning, organization, and execution to meet operational targets and business objectives. Supervise all production stages, including raw material preparation, forming, firing, glazing, finishing, and packaging. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the implementation of lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime. Monitor and control production costs, including materials, labor, and energy consumption. Build, lead, and develop high-performing production teams across multiple shifts, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Work cross-functionally with Quality Control, Logistics, and Planning teams to maintain smooth and efficient operations. Prepare regular production reports, analyze performance metrics, and propose actionable improvement plans. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably within ceramics, furniture, or export-oriented manufacturing. Proven track record in managing large-scale factory operations and leading multi-shift production teams. Hands-on experience in process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement. Strong understanding of ceramic manufacturing processes, including material preparation, forming, firing, glazing, and finishing. Solid knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality systems Familiarity with machinery operations, basic maintenance, and energy efficiency practices. Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset. Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Proficiency in production systems and tools Good command of English for both technical and managerial communication. High level of integrity, responsibility, and teamwork. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production demands.
